After signing the Appointment Order, Noland Lee could stay regularly in the Visitor’s Area as long as he did not violate the regulations of the Deep Sea Branch and paid the rent periodically. Rent was paid annually, ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 gold coins per year. Temporary stays were free, but they could not exceed 15 days.

Wouldn’t it be a bit unseemly for the visitors to pay rent?
